Evan McDaniel BS, NSCA-CSCS, ACSM-HFS, ACSM-CPT

Evan decided to start FIT Studios with Scott Graham because he felt that people are missing something in their efforts to achieve their own personal level of success in regards to health, exercise and nutrition. He believes that blending exercise and nutritional information into your daily life is the only true way to be successful. There is no 'one-size fits all' model for health. Each person is a little bit different, and we all need our own specific plan of action to achieve greatness.

Evan graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Education and a minor in Physical Education (Exercise Science) in the spring of 2006. After graduation Evan became a certified Personal Trainer and began working with a wide range of clients focusing on weight management, sports performance, body sculpting, nutrition and overall health. Evan spent 3 years as a Personal Trainer at a fitness facility before accepting a position as a Health Coach for WebMD Health Services. While working as a Health Coach Evan counseled thousands of individuals on numerous aspects of health, fitness and nutrition.

Evan is married to Natalie, also a graduate of Western Oregon University, they have a daughter Brookelynn and a black lab named Clyde. Along with being a father, Evan enjoys playing basketball, golf, running, triathlons, sand volleyball and many other outdoor activities. A favorite quote of his is from Ralph Waldo Emerson; "Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm." Evan draws from this quote on a daily basis, bringing enthusiasm to his mission of helping each and every individual reach their maximum potential.
